Seeking an experienced Corporate Actions | Asset Servicing Specialist to join the operations team. The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of corporate actions processing from front-to-back and hands-on experience in asset servicing, equity operations, or related functions. This role will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, booking, and communicating all corporate actions to relevant trading teams, while also handling daily operational support, reconciliations, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and possesses the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external counterparties. Responsibilities
Monitor, coordinate, book, and communicate all corporate actions to relevant trading teams. Provide daily operational support, reconciliations, and issue resolution for corporate actions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to ensure accurate processing and timelines. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, or Equity Operations. Strong knowledge of the corporate actions lifecycle (mandatory and voluntary events). Hands-on experience with front-to-back processing including booking, reconciliations, and entitlements. Proficiency with trade lifecycle management, settlements, and reconciliations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Strong communication skills to liaise with trading desks, PMs, brokers, and custodians. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of operational risk and controls in an asset servicing context. This role will sit onsite out of New York, NY.
