Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of incoming calls (approx. 400 calls/day).

Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families.

Accurately document and relay information.

Maintain organization in a fast-paced setting.

Support overall clinic operations as directed.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

Experience:

No specific years required; prior call center experience preferred

Soft Skills:

Strong customer service, excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask under pressure

Training:

APeX training not required (open to non-APeX trained candidates).
