This is a full-time, on-site role for a Claim Consultant located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Claim Consultant will be responsible for managing and processing claims, conducting investigations, evaluating claim validity, and ensuring compliance with policy terms. Daily tasks include interacting with policyholders, assessing damages, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with other team members to provide exceptional service. The role also involves preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records of claim activities. Qualifications
Experience in claims management, claims processing, and investigations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to negotiate settlements and handle conflict resolution professionally Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Knowledge of insurance industry standards and compliance Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Experience with insurance software and claims management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer service experience is a plus Seniority level
