Job Title: OpenText Sr. Consultant Location: Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX Duration: Long-term On-site requirement: This position will require 3 days on-site work at either our Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX office. Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Extended ECM solutions. Provide expertise in OpenText Documentum, Content Suite, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Archive Center, and xECM integrations. Develop technical architectures that align with business processes and compliance requirements. Guide clients through best practices in content lifecycle management, security, and governance. Integrate OpenText with SAP, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise platforms. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure seamless system performance. Provide recommendations on automation, cloud migration, and performance optimization. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with strategic goals. Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions with clients and internal teams. Advise leadership on OpenText roadmap, licensing, and upgrade strategies. Serve as a technical lead or senior consultant across multiple concurrent projects. Mentor junior consultants and support team capability building. Manage risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience delivering OpenText ECM, Content Suite, Documentum, VIM, or xECM solutions. Strong expertise in SAP-OpenText integrations and enterprise-scale deployments. Hands-on experience with cloud and on-premise architectures. Proven experience in consulting roles with direct client engagement. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Relevant certifications in OpenText or related technologies are a plus.
