Overview
An AmLaw 100 firm with the feel of a close-knit, collaborative team is seeking a Paralegal to join its expanding Boston office. This is a hybrid role located in the heart of Faneuil Hall, offering the opportunity to support a dynamic and growing practice in a highly supportive environment. You will provide direct support to Partners across three key practice groups: Insurance, Labor & Employment, and Construction. Responsibilities
Manage all phases of litigation support, from case inception through resolution. Conduct eDiscovery using Relativity. Oversee document management with iManage. Handle e-filings at both the Federal and State level through PACER. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, discovery, and case organization. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff in a highly team-oriented culture. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required. Prior paralegal experience in Insurance, Labor & Employment, or Construction law (experience in multiple areas a plus). Proficiency with Relativity, iManage, and PACER strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Compensation
Compensation:
