Client Services Associate at SPS. The role provides exceptional office and mail services and supports onsite business service center operations. Job Title
Client Services Associate Reports To
The Client Services Associate will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership. Duties And Responsibilities
Provide 5-star customer service to all employees in all forms of communication. Receive inbound mail/packages, sort mail, and input into chain of custody software; manage outgoing mail/package transactions. Perform shipping/receiving duties and notify employees of inbound deliveries. Distribute mail/packages to company personnel and serve as the point of contact for mail/package inquiries. Conduct daily operations of multi-function devices (replenish toner/paper and ensure functionality). Submit work orders for requests; service and replenish areas such as barista, pantry, conference rooms, kitchen, and meeting areas. Set up meeting/conference rooms and assist with building occupant moves as needed. Perform light maintenance and cleaning; maintain the Business Service Center in a neat and orderly fashion. Monitor office supplies levels, replenish and place orders accordingly. Assist with copy/print orders and monitor equipment for functionality. Proactively seek additional work during downtime and build professional relationships with customers and teams. Maintain professionalism and composure when interacting with all employees; train backups and provide guidance on policies and procedures. Determine additional support needs when handling sensitive inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Provide reception/concierge coverage as needed. Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service abilities. Proficient in MS Office; ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized. Working knowledge of multifunction device equipment; understanding of shipping/receiving procedures. Ability to work independently and complete projects; capable of selecting appropriate packing materials and validating packing slips. Qualifications And Education Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. 1+ years of prior work experience preferred. Ability to work assigned hours determined by manager; strong organizational and time management skills. Analytical problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication; professional appearance and attitude. Must adhere to all policies and procedures; ability to learn computer-based systems. Physical Demands
Approximately 50% of the time, lift/move packages up to 60 lbs with a wheeled cart; walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods. Manual dexterity for operating office machinery; ability to lift/move 40 lbs or greater frequently. Travel
