The Senior Client Advisor (SCA) provides a unique, memorable, and sophisticated experience to all clients while supporting the boutique’s leadership team. This role involves coaching the sales team, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining brand standards across the boutique. The SCA upholds Dolce & Gabbana’s values and image while acting as a role model for the team. Responsibilities
Provide impeccable service to clients and be a true ambassador of the brand, ensuring every client is treated according to Dolce & Gabbana expectations. Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. Drive store KPIs including Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, Conversion, and Data Enrichment. Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge. Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and collaboration. Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and use of clientele tools. Ensure CRM updates to build and retain relationships with current clients, appointment selling, and client acquisition. Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for clients. Act as MOD when required, overseeing floor operations and team coordination. Execute opening/closing procedures and hold store keys as needed. Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments. Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes. Foster a collaborative and professional store environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Profile / Qualifications
3+ years of luxury retail sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Women’s and Men’s RTW experience Results-driven with leadership capabilities Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this role ranges from $21.00 - $24.00, plus variable commission. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more.
