Be responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy. Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners. Plan and conduct presentations showcasing services and innovative programs. Ensure a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process. Qualifications / Requirements

Technical Ability: Comfort with technology and using it to communicate with residents, families, and coworkers. Knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease, related dementias, and behavior management techniques; a sincere desire to work with cognitively impaired residents. Commitment to SLR’s Right Values and ethical principles. Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Full-time salaried role, Monday–Friday with business hours and rotating manager-on-duty weekend rotation. Some evenings and weekends required. Pay: Base pay range $75,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr, plus bonus structure. Benefits
