$75,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Are you a results-driven marketer who thrives in the digital world, living at the intersection of data, creativity, and growth? Do you get excited about shaping digital strategy, building campaigns, and watching performance metrics soar? At Liberty Bay Credit Union, we are a small but mighty team looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across all digital channels. In this role, you will drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-sell efforts through paid media channels (display, search, social) and owned media channels (website, email and social). You will partner with the Head of Marketing and our Data & Analytics team to optimize campaigns, guide paid media investment, and deliver content that both strengthens our brand and drives adoption of our core products such as loans, deposits, and business services. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. Requirements
Lead planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic channels Recommend spend levels and allocation strategies and provide ongoing optimizations to maximize ROI Build and manage acquisition funnels including UTM tracking, GA4 reporting, and performance dashboards Partner with Data & Analytics to define target audiences, track ROI, and improve conversion rates through testing and optimization Test and scale new digital channels to support deposit and loan growth Optimize website UX, landing pages, and lead forms to improve member conversion and engagement Social Media Strategy & Content
Lead day-to-day strategy, planning, and publishing across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube with an eye toward expansion into TikTok, Threads, and emerging channels Create compelling content and campaigns that promote products, events, community initiatives, and member stories to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion Monitor social trends and competitor activity and adjust strategies based on performance insights Actively engage with audiences to strengthen brand connections and member loyalty Content & Communication Support
Partner with the Head of Marketing to design and execute cross-sell and nurture campaigns in HubSpot Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand voice Support internal communications, product updates, and organizational announcements as needed Required Experience & Skills
3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in financial services or a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Proven track record managing paid media campaigns with measurable impact on acquisition and engagement Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, and SEO or analytics tools Experience with CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, CMS such as WordPress, and social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social Strong understanding of performance marketing including keyword strategy, ad copywriting, bid management, and A/B testing Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field Personal Attributes
Highly organized with strong project management skills and able to manage multiple priorities Collaborative and proactive with the ability to thrive in a small, agile team environment Strong written and verbal communicator with an eye for detail and brand voice Data-driven and results-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation Curious, competitive, and solutions-oriented with a desire to solve problems and find smarter ways to work A brand steward who ensures every touchpoint reflects our values and builds member trust Benefits
