This is R/A! Job Summary The Conference Services Manager is the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless planning and execution of meetings and events. This role manages customer communications, coordinates logistics, and maximizes space utilization to deliver exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure event needs are clearly communicated and met. Collaborate with leadership to present accurate catering options and menus. Distribute timely and detailed event information to the management team. Coordinate with the Audio Visual team for room setups, tech requirements, and special requests. Monitor operational effectiveness and report any issues or inefficiencies. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel, corporate, or conference center settings. Prior experience in conference services management or supervisory roles. Basic knowledge of AV equipment. Ability to lift/move conference furniture and equipment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
