About The Team Our Integrated Campaigns team drives worldwide strategies to engage prospects and customers and generate demand for our prioritized products and solutions. About The Role For this key role on HashiCorp’s Growth Marketing team, we are looking for a passionate team member with experience running campaigns globally at scale. Campaign Strategy and Planning : Develop full-funnel campaign strategies aligned with business objectives that are targeted towards our decision-maker audiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Drive alignment with marketing and cross-functional partners across Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, DevRel, the Worldwide Field Organization and others to drive the strategy and gather business requirements Content Development and Messaging : Work closely with content creators to develop compelling and relevant campaign content for practitioner and decision-maker audiences. Lead Generation and Nurturing : Implement lead generation tactics to acquire high-quality leads. Project Management : Use Asana as the primary project management tool to plan, organize, and execute campaigns. Campaign Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics in partnership with Marketing Operations to measure success. Preferred Education : Bachelor's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise 4+ years of relevant experience overseeing high-velocity and scaled marketing campaigns. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing global programs with diverse teams and engaging various key stakeholders. Proven track record in formulating and implementing campaign strategies that achieve measurable success against funnel metrics and KPIs. Diverse background across marketing disciplines, including demand generation, integrated marketing, campaigns, and performance marketing. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to efficiently handle multiple complex projects simultaneously. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Experience at high-growth tech companies. Experience marketing cloud services and/or software solutions. Experience marketing towards a decision-maker audience.
