We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our People Strategy Team. This position will report directly to the General Counsel. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with other members of the global People (HR & Recruiting) team to deliver exceptional HR support. Your role will involve providing both day-to-day assistance and strategic guidance to the organization, ensuring that our HR practices are of the highest standard.

Responsibilities

Serve as the key HRBP for our Field Engineering Org globally.

Partner with the business by advising on best practices and supporting the development and implementation of strategic people initiatives.

Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to improve business objectives, productivity and HR development.

Take a hands-on approach to monitor employee engagement and keep a pulse on the organization.

Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensure regulatory compliance; partner with the legal department as needed.

Provide counsel on complex employee relations situations.

Serve as a senior HR Partner across the company to help drive People team transformation.

Build relationships and align with organizational missions and objectives.

Partner with people managers to influence and support processes and people practices (engagement, development, performance, career progression, change management and total rewards).

Support the implementation of company-wide people initiatives (performance reviews, engagement surveys, employee events) through communication, coaching and guidance of team leads and managers.

Collaborate with the global People team to foster a culture of excellence where people feel valued and inspired.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

6+ years in an HR role within a fast-paced organization (ideally in tech) with at least 3+ years in a business partner/employee relations role

Experience with growth and departmental transformation in a Go To Market organization

Strong communication, prioritization, and hands-on approach

Effective coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels

Deep knowledge of HR practices and local employment laws

Ability to work in ambiguity and know when to ask for assistance

Analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills

Experience using data to influence decisions

Demonstrated innovation, flexibility and adaptability in evolving environments

Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement

Salary and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position in the United States is listed below. The salary is an estimate and may vary based on compensation practices, skills, depth of experience, certifications, and geographic location. US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and annual bonus where applicable. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.

Annual Base Salary Range for This Role: $150,000 – $175,000 USD
