The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a paralegal with 2 years of experience to join the tax litigation team at a global law firm. This is a hybrid role and will be onsite 3 days per week.

Overview Position: Paralegal (Litigation) with tax litigation focus. Location: Washington, DC area (DC/MD/VA-based candidates or those with relocation plans). Hybrid work arrangement: onsite 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

Assist with all phases of discovery, including document review, production, and depositions

Proofread memos, briefs, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, and other sources

Assist with trial preparation, interviews, depositions, hearings, and client meetings

Support preparation and filing of pleadings for federal and state courts

Assist attorneys and staff with various projects

Qualifications

2+ years of litigation paralegal experience; Bluebook and cite checking required

Trial prep, court filing, and e-filing experience

Strong research and communication skills

Experience with Relativity, TextMap, or CaseMap required

Candidates must be based in the DC, MD, or VA area or have independent relocation plans.
