Admitted to the North Carolina bar in good standing and provide 3+ years of commercial litigation experience in North Carolina, including drafting, filing, serving pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, drafting and serving discovery requests, and representing clients in courtroom proceedings. Manage day-to-day decision making in litigation matters and develop and execute effective case strategies independently and as part of a team. Attend depositions, hearings, trials, mediations, and other events as needed (in-person as required). Work effectively from home with a dedicated home-office space and the necessary technology. Qualifications

Admitted to the North Carolina bar, in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience in North Carolina. Reside in the greater Charlotte-metro area or have the capacity to attend in-person events; day-to-day work is 100% remote. Proficiency with Mac OS, Adobe, Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Word, and other common office technology. Ability and desire to manage day-to-day litigation matters and to develop and execute effective case strategies both independently and with a litigation team. Compensation and Benefits

VC offers a compensation package that maximizes flexibility and allows attorneys to set and achieve their own compensation goals. The package includes: A base salary and a performance-based bonus, paid monthly, with no cap. For the described experience, total annual compensation is expected to be in the range of $140,000 to $200,000 (base salary plus bonus).
