Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all Human Resources and Training functions. Serve as the property’s primary liaison for
union negotiations, grievances, and compliance matters . Partner with the executive team to align HR strategy with the hotel’s mission, culture, and goals. Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to support employee engagement and retention. Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and community engagement initiatives. Foster a workplace environment that prioritizes compliance and a culture of excellence. Qualifications
Union 6 experience in hospitality is required
— non-negotiable. Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Background in luxury or upscale hotels strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, and collective bargaining agreements. Energetic, influential leader with exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Core Skills
