Overview
The Substance Use Counselor III is an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team who is primarily responsible for coordinating individual and group counseling. This position requires role modeling accountability for compliance with regulatory standards and oversight of Substance Use Counselor I & II. Responsibilities
Coordinate individual and group counseling as part of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Serve as a role model for regulatory compliance and provide oversight of Substance Use Counselor I & II. Qualifications
Education and Experience Master’s degree in Health or Human Services. Must be Certified Associate Counselor- Alcohol and Drug (CAC-AD), Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) and an Alcohol and Drug Approved Supervisor by Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapist. Must have a minimum of two years of Substance Use Disorder experience. Additional Information
