Lead Transformative People Initiatives: support change readiness, coordinate communications, document stakeholder feedback, and contribute to engagement or training plans during change initiatives; assist with organizational design by preparing current state documentation and mapping reporting structures; participate in talent-related projects through research and benchmarking. Deliver High Impact Projects: develop project plans, governance materials, and process documentation; coordinate timelines and deliverables; define adoption strategies and rollout plans to ensure stakeholder buy-in; identify process improvement opportunities and escalate insights; produce clear deliverables (slides, reports, dashboards) for diverse audiences.
