What You'll Do Execute communications strategies tailored to specific educational segments while ensuring enterprise alignment. You'll manage internal and external communications, executive visibility, and stakeholder engagement with strong analytical and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities

Execute segment-specific communications strategies that enhance brand reputation Lead internal and external messaging, including executive communications Manage content creation across multiple channels for consistent, impactful messaging Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, and operations teams Track performance metrics and optimize communication effectiveness Support development and delivery of executive communications and thought leadership Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards QualificationsExperience Required

7+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field 3+ years in management or senior individual contributor roles Proven experience executing integrated communications campaigns Background in content creation across multiple channels and formats Experience with performance measurement and communications analytics Higher education, healthcare, or professional services experience preferred Skills

Strong strategic thinking with excellent execution capabilities Outstanding writing and editing skills for diverse audiences and channels Analytical skills for measuring and optimizing communications performance Cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building abilities Project management expertise with ability to handle multiple priorities Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and multimedia platforms Compensation and Benefits In support of pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is between $80,336.75 and $140,851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
