TXG is seeking a seasoned Creative Strategist with experience in live events and brand activations, responsible for developing experientially-driven proposal decks and creative presentations that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a true hybrid — a strategic marketer with creative prowess across both copywriting and art direction. From crafting compelling narratives and creative platforms, to mood boarding and visual direction, the ideal candidate has the ability to blend their creative skillset with business acumen to develop best-in-class experiential programs. The Creative Strategist will report to the Director of Creative Strategy and work closely with the TXG leadership team. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Brooklyn, NY office and be available for 3 in-office days per week. Key Responsibilities: Serve as Creative Strategist on both new business proposals and select active projects under the direction of the Director of Creative Strategy Develop comprehensive, experientially-driven proposal decks and creative presentations that deliver on key business goals and objectives (inclusive of all deck copywriting & creative storytelling, imagery, research + insights, venue/location recommendations, etc.) Responsible for image sourcing and deck visuals (mood boards, look + feel, references, etc.) Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and resources (Design, Production, Client Services, etc.) on proposal/program development and deliverables as needed Lead/participate in creative brainstorms and working sessions Develop proposal outlines and internal briefs Participate in new business pitches, client presentations and briefings Perform research and gather data to develop well-informed proposals and strategies as needed Support in the development of agency marketing materials such as capabilities decks, case studies, one sheets, award submissions, social media posts, etc. Help develop and nurture the creative culture within the agency Qualifications: 3-5 years minimum of experiential experience in a creative/agency environment Proven track record of developing comprehensive proposal decks and presentations Ability to translate “big idea thinking” into highly creative and achievable proposals based on client budget parameters, goals and objectives Excellent storytelling, writing and verbal communication skills Deep understanding of the experiential marketing landscape, inclusive of (but not limited to): brand activations, sponsorships, trade shows + exhibitions, mobile tours + activations, phygital activations (physical + digital), virtual events, etc. Experience working in a collaborative team/agency environment Experience with Google Slides preferred Who You Are: A self-starter with the ability to lead projects from start-to-finish Strong organizational, project and time management skills Has a creative POV and feels comfortable articulating it both verbally and visually Comfortable pitching and presenting to new business prospects and high-level clients Excels in collaborating in cross-functional teams and fast-paced, dynamic environments Passionate about experiential marketing and events Has a pulse on key industry trends and the competitive landscape Excited about the opportunity to work as part of a small, growing team Resume and examples of past work/portfolio required Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 The Experiential Group, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
