Location: Haddenham (UK) – hybrid model Main Responsibilities Develop and implement account activity within Data Alliance and Mobile Touch systems. Communicate relevant changes to the field, supporting the Demand Driven Order process. Provide first-line technical support for SAP and Mobile Touch Data Alliance when standard processes fail. Develop, own, and deliver training for systems users, identifying capability gaps and creating plans to address them, including reviewing induction training and new system developments. Collaborate internally to understand report requirements across the Consumer Division and Field Sales, leading the development and enhancement of reporting, automation, and data accuracy. Manage weekly changes to meet sales targets as directed by SMT. Support the Field Operations team in achieving their goals and activities. Oversee daily activities of the Data Analysis team, including managing their OGSM and personal development goals. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and job satisfaction. Work with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for field operations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Design and develop reports and dashboards to visualize KPIs and business metrics. Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for presentations. Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Partner with IT to implement data-driven solutions and process improvements. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Extensive experience in Supply Chain or Business Systems Support and Analysis. Advanced Excel skills for analysis and automation using macros. Proficient with retail interfaces for data analysis, including MS Office and SAP. Knowledge of Retail Supply Chain and Field Sales software solutions. FMCG industry experience. Strong communication skills and technical competence. Ability to present analysis and recommendations effectively to management.
