$175,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Manage the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. Provide construction oversight and resolve complex construction project–related challenges. Analyze and develop reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, and project controls. Apply proven project management techniques to help reduce costs and add value to the client. Lead teams and maintain effective client relationships; collaborate with the PM/CM team to deliver on client goals. Support business development activities and direct client relationships; travel to project sites as required. Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management 20+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the AEC industry Minimum 10 years of experience with New York K-12 suburban school district building construction and renovation programs funded by bond referenda and capital budgets Strong knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems, contract management, and project delivery methods; OSHA 30 Certification Strong leadership and client relationship skills Knowledge of MEP estimating, scheduling, and cost control RFI tracking, contract document control, forecast scheduling and costs, change order review, and payment reviews Proactive interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships Valid driver's license and ability to travel across multiple regions in New York Ability to travel to Hudson Valley, Albany, and Long Island regions OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Preferred/Ideal
K-12 experience RA, PE, or CCM credentials Participation in industry organizations Prior field experience No sponsorship is available for this position. Additional information
