is seeking an

Associate, Experienced, or Lead

Data Management Specialist

to manage contractual data deliverables through interpretation, loading, scheduling, coordination, receipt, submittal, handling, and status reporting as well as working in accordance with data marking compliance requirements in

St. Charles, Missouri . This role requires effective interaction with external customers and suppliers, engineering teams, and other organizations.

Position Responsibilities :

Development, documentation, implementation, and consultation for the application of engineering tools, processes, and standards. Provide training in the utilization of processes and tools and support the integration of

engineering data . Identify and validate

user access

roles and tip sheets. Support the development and implementation of standards. Develop, maintain, and distribute engineering documents, reports, and correspondence to enable business activity. Collect, analyze, and validate engineering performance

metrics

and coordinate organizational requirements to support business needs. Review

contracts , ensure responsible teams generate the required technical and business documents, and

build

metrics

to show team progress. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

An interim and/or final U.S.

Secret Clearance

post start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or other technical field. 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment. 1+ years of experience working with databases. Associate (Level 2):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.). Experienced (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.). Lead (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.). Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Prior data management work experience. Experience with contracts and documentation. Familiarity with intellectual property subject matter. Relocation :

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Associate level 2 Summary pay range: $ 71,400 - $ 96,600

Experienced level 3 Summary pay range: $ 84,150 - $ 113,850

Lead level 4 Summary pay range: $ 102,000 - $138,000
