Our Denver client is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst to join their growing product intelligence team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $45 - $50 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to facilitate reporting of key metrics
Compile, analyze, interpret, and present relevant data to platform team
Monitor and report on platform progress, providing insights to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals
Content Development
Develop content for platform communications including major product updates, release notes, and newsletters
Create platform trainings, support resources, and other materials that are engaging and easy to understand for end users
Stakeholder Support
Maintain dedicated support channels for customer inquiries across platform services
Monitor support channels to ensure timely and effective support
Facilitate platform user engagement strategies
Experience Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a tech environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills - ideally written skills
Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information quickly
Experience with content development and stakeholder support
Understanding of AI technologies and their applications is a plus
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
