We are seeking a driven and politically savvy Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in Republican political campaigns and committees, who thrives on networking, relationship-building, and driving business growth.
Location:
This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Alexandria, VA (Washington D.C. area) office, with regular regional and national travel required. Job Description: Drive business development efforts focused on political clients and campaigns. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Republican politics. Represent EyesOver Technologies at political events, conferences, and strategic meetings. Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our services and mission. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. Maintain a strong understanding of the political landscape to anticipate client needs. Qualifications: Proven experience in Republican political campaigns or committees (e.g., Political Director, Campaign Manager, Regional Director). Strong network within national and state-level Republican politics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
