Nationwide Financial is seeking a Director of Business Performance to enhance organizational effectiveness through Learning & Performance Enablement and Business Process Management & Optimization. The Director will lead learning & performance professionals in developing and executing learning strategies, oversee training programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning. They will also lead process-focused talent to identify, analyze, and optimize business and system processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead learning & performance professionals in developing and executing learning strategies. Oversee training programs, performance enablement tools, and onboarding experiences. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Lead process-focused talent to identify, analyze, and optimize business and system processes. Establish and lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process redesign, simplification, and standardization. Requirements: 10+ years of dynamic experience in planning, designing, and implementing company-wide business transformation initiatives. Extensive experience in functional, process, information, and data modeling, data management, and warehousing, and applications integration. 5+ years of experience in people management.
