Your Role:
As a CNA, you will be an integral part of our mission. Your responsibilities include providing daily living activities and services to residents based on their individual service plans. The Stellar way emphasizes kindness, professionalism, and a deep respect for the dignity and privacy of our residents. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional care and support for daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
Responding to resident calls with compassion and a helpful demeanor
Ensuring residents receive appropriate diet based on preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions
Recording vital signs as directed by nursing staff
Alerting nursing staff to any changes in resident conditions
Qualifications:
Current CNA Certification
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our residents
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
A genuine love for seniors and their well-being
