Lead Product Designer opportunity at Tential Solutions. Lead the development of cohesive, scalable user experience frameworks for web and mobile that impact millions of customers and support the digital strategy. Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive experience models and information architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate alignment, develop experience blueprints, and create prototypes that guide seamless interactions. Bridge high-level strategy with detailed execution and champion user-centered digital ecosystems. Responsibilities

Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design cohesive, scalable user experiences across complex systems, spanning internal and external touchpoints. Translate strategic goals into clear experience models, wireframes, and prototypes that guide interactions. Articulate design frameworks, information architecture, and user journeys to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-informed insights. Serve as a design mentor and collaborator, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure usability, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives in every solution. Own decisions in ambiguous contexts, balance trade-offs, and iterate toward high-quality delivery. Champion design thinking and contribute to thought leadership across teams. Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields. 7+ years collaborating with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams. Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions in cross-functional settings without direct authority. Experience working in Agile, Kanban, and other delivery models. Experience writing user stories and jobs-to-be-done with clearly articulated business and user needs and acceptance criteria. Proficiency in user research methods (interviews, contextual inquiries, etc.) and translating insights into design recommendations. Experience defining and conducting usability testing. Strong proficiency with Figma, Miro, UserTesting, Dovetail, and similar tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and a solid design process. Solid systems thinking with experience defining patterns, style guides, and building both low- and high-fidelity prototypes. Understanding of software development and collaboration with developers. Self-starter with excellent time management, attention to detail, and clear communication to influence stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

Experience identifying and defining platform strategies and leading teams to push the boundaries of what is possible. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and organizational levels. Experience in financial services, particularly consumer lending, is a plus.
