EF is currently offering a multitude of co-ops across our travel, language, and education businesses in sales, customer service, operations, finance, and marketing. Marketing & Event Co-op Cultural Care Au Pair Cambridge MA, Full-time 40 hours per week January – June, 2026 About Cultural Care Au Pair Cultural Care Au Pair is a cultural exchange program and is a part of the EF Education First family of companies. We believe that cultural exchange has the power to make the world a more welcoming, understanding, and open place. We build global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties. The Role The Marketing and Event Co-op will support the team in contributing to social media campaign ideation and creation, permissioning and organizing content, assisting with customer contests and takeover program and helping with other marketing projects as needed. On the event side, projects may include reviewing expense reports, researching restaurant or other venues and activities and creating requests for proposals (RFPs) or price quotes as well as sourcing materials for in-person events, answering attendee questions over email and occasionally helping to staff local events. If you are super organized, have an eye for detail and design, love social media and enjoy juggling a variety of different tasks and projects to meet deadlines, this could be the role for you. Your Responsibilities Will Include Content Creation + Management: Participate in campaign ideation and creation targeted at young people in 25+ countries worldwide as well as host families in the U.S. Identify and permission great user-generated content (UGC) on social media Review content submitted through online customer contests and organize as needed Catalog and organize existing photo and video library Assist with social media takeover program Event Support Process expense reports from event attendees in a timely and accurate manner Perform venue research and request proposals or price quotes as needed Prepare flight budget research Answer questions from event and attendees through the Events email inbox in a timely manner Assist with other projects as needed such as collecting content or ordering items for events About You You are an enthusiastic team player and love to collaborate on projects with peers and team leaders. At the same time, you can work independently toward a clear set of goals. You are extremely organized and adept at learning and using digital tools to get projects completed. You have experience with or an aptitude for learning video editing apps like CapCut and project management systems like Asana or Trello. You love social media, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn You enjoy writing and you’re a strong written and verbal communicator. You strongly believe that cultural exchange makes the world a better place. EF Boston Co-Op Development Program As a co-op at EF Boston you'll participate in our Co-Op development program, designed specifically for undergraduates in our North American headquarters in Cambridge, MA. EF's co-op program includes 3 building blocks:
