The Team
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Environmental team. We are a multidisciplinary team of scientists, specialists, and engineers working together to deliver top environmental solutions to our clients. We provide environmental solutions across a diverse and growing mix of infrastructure sectors including power providers, fuels and natural resources, technology, commercial and industrial, and governments and communities. As a full-service environmental consulting practice, services include impact assessment and planning, regulatory compliance, air quality permitting, environmental justice, environmental remediation assessment, natural resources studies, water quality impact assessment, environmental site due diligence, acoustics and environmental noise assessment, climate solutions, and pollution prevention planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic project execution approaches.
Manage quality delivery of complex multidisciplinary environmental consulting projects including scope, budget and schedule management.
Drive client relationships, project prospects, and business growth.
Identify and characterize key differentiators regarding solutions offered.
Lead proposals and cost estimates for environmental scopes.
Mentor environmental team members and influence their career development.
Management Responsibilities Acts as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individual comprising this team may vary by project.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, engineering, or sciences. Masters degree is a plus.
Proven success providing project management services for a diverse array of environmental projects to clients.
10+ years of solutions-oriented environmental consulting and/or project management related to a diverse set of environmental projects.
Power, Water and Technology sector experience is strongly preferred, with a strong foundation in one or two of the following: impact assessment and planning, regulatory compliance, air quality permitting, environmental remediation assessments, natural resources studies, water quality impact assessment, environmental site due diligence, acoustics and environmental noise assessment, climate solutions, and/or pollution prevention planning.
Demonstrated experience managing the development of major environmental impact assessment and review documents in compliance with NEPA or comparable state like CEQA or international requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Work Environment / Physical Demands
Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
Typical office environment, typical construction environment, extreme weather conditions, high noise level, safety hazards (electric currents, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to chemicals), atmospheric conditions (fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, poor ventilation). Sitting, walking, talking, hearing, reading, writing, keyboarding, driving, filing, reaching, stooping, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods of time, lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
