Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians
Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed
Provide parent training and collaborate with families
Maintain documentation and uphold ethical standards
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Qualifications: Active
BCBA certification
from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
LBA license
issued by the State of New Jersey
preferred
(will be
required
in the near future).
Previous experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
