As a Security Professional - Healthcare Facility in Mountain View, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Day Shift Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established healthcare protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns. Observe and report unusual activity or hazards to appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying identification, and maintaining a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Support enforcement of facility rules, regulations, and policies to maintain order. Work with hospital staff and local authorities during incidents and emergencies. Complete required reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner as directed. What We’re Looking For
Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements
A valid guard card or license is preferred Customer service experience is preferred Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles High school diploma or equivalent Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws Criminal histories considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws Drug screen as permitted by law Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required prior to employment A valid driver’s license for driving positions only Why Join Us
