Our mission is to provide safe, effective, and compassionate mental health and substance use treatment. We are searching for a full-time Master’s-prepared BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) for our Social Services Inpatient Team. What Role Will You Play?

This role focuses on supporting both adults and adolescents through evidence-based behavioral interventions, staff training, and program development. The BCBA will enhance therapeutic outcomes and foster a safe, supportive environment using trauma-informed principles for patients and staff. What Fairfax Requires for This Role

A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field, with a desire to help patients improve their lives. Board Certification (BCBA) required; State of Washington Licensed Behavior Analyst. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an ABA, behavioral health, or inpatient setting, preferably with adolescents. Strong knowledge of ABA principles, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. All Fairfax employees must successfully pass the Handle With Care course completed during New Employee Orientation. A positive attitude and ability to manage regulatory-driven deadlines and priorities are important for success in this role. Qualifications
