A Global Director of Safety and Security contributes to AHF by safeguarding employees and assets by establishing measures to protect and reduce risk. This position will be responsible for all aspects of AHF safety and security operations as well as managing of global security policies and procedures. The Global Director of Safety and Security will be the operational head of the Organizational Resilience Program, including direct responsibility for Emergency Response, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity. The Global Director of Safety and Security will be the primary responder when an emergency occurs in the AHF world. Responsibilities

Safeguard employees and assets by establishing measures to protect and reduce risk. Oversee all aspects of AHF safety and security operations and manage global security policies and procedures. Act as the operational head of the Organizational Resilience Program, including Emergency Response, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity. Serve as the primary responder during emergencies within the AHF worldwide operations. Monitor global risk and provide timely support for employees who may require assistance in their home country or while traveling. Establish measures to protect physical, informational, financial, and other assets; lead the Crisis Management and Business Continuity programs. Lead response efforts to employee safety concerns, business disruptions, natural disasters, or man-made events. Proactively identify risks and work with the organization to stay nimble in a dynamic environment. Ensure that AHF Core Values and Mission remain top of mind in all activities. Collaborate within an organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. Oversee incident response planning, including investigation of safety concerns, security breaches, or illegal activity. Qualifications and Requirements
