Coordinates weekly practice schedule and workouts, working with other coaches to think through practices and offer personalized feedback to swimmers. Communicates efficiently and clearly with Members regarding tryouts, progress, and team information. Provides quality customer service to all members and team members, communicates feedback well to the team, and helps maintain the organization of the pool. Attends all swim meets as a USA swim certified coach. Desired Experience/Qualifications:
3+ years swim coaching experience. Experience with Team Unify and Meet Manager is ideal. Certifications:
USA Swimming Certified Coach. Seniority level:
