Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The

Assistant Restaurant Leader

is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations. The work environment includes a fast-paced kitchen, extended physical activity, interaction with customers, indoor/outdoor work, varied temperatures, and use of personal protective equipment where applicable. Your Impact And Responsibilities Purpose of the position

Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for all hourly crewmembers Creates crewmember work and training schedules Manages performance of hourly crewmembers (development, coaching, documentation, other performance tasks) Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant Manages cash handling and ensures accountability General To The Role

Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards Executes shift management meetings and safety standards Uses tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action Deploys crewmembers during a shift Provides exemplary customer service Uses reward and recognition programs for crewmembers Authorizes manager-approved functions (discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides, etc.) Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the facility Completes other duties as assigned Qualifications

Requirements for Success: Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple changing priorities Self-driven, flexible, energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and collaboratively Ability to analyze problems, set goals, create and execute action plans Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly Willing to work various shifts including days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience New restaurant opening experience preferred Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Possess a valid driver’s license Additional Information
