Lead and inspire the Catering and Events team to exceed service standards Implement strategic initiatives and monitor results Collaborate with operations and sales for creative event experiences Serve as the subject matter expert on event execution and guest experience Maintain service standards through process reviews Represent the hotel in industry events Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships Support team development through mentoring and career planning Participate in site inspections and sales support Stay current on event trends and practices Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years as a Department Head leading a team At least 2 years in Catering Sales and 2 years in Event Planning Experience in a 4 Diamond hotel/resort environment High school diploma required; college degree preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in Delphi, Excel, Word F&B knowledge and ability to collaborate on menus Ability to travel within markets Data-driven decision-making skills Conflict management and team fostering skills Passion for luxury hospitality and guest service We are committed to diversity, inclusion, and providing equal opportunity in hiring.
