Director, Quantitative Market Research Healthcare role at Ipsos in US. This position focuses on managing client relationships and delivering quantitative market research projects, including questionnaire design, analytics frameworks, and reporting. The role involves guiding junior staff and expanding client partnerships to grow business. Responsibilities

Independently manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from proposal writing and research design, analysis and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports and delivery of presentations. Manage key operational partners (data collection, data processing and results reporting) to ensure reliable results are delivered to the client in a timely, cost-efficient manner. Maintain a project budget and work with the team to ensure all aspects of the study continue to operate smoothly. With oversight from Senior Leadership, foster strong client relationships and develop those relationships through frequent client contact, including travel to client sites, leading meetings/presentations, and delivering insightful research. Provide training, guidance and support to junior staff. Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years quantitative supplier-side healthcare market research experience. Ability to manage multiple projects and strong quantitative and qualitative research project management skills. Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) for effective development and maintenance of internal and external client relationships. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities; ability to work well in a team. Knowledge of research methodologies and statistics; ability to create questionnaires, sample designs & data tab plans. Some client management experience; proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); working knowledge of SPSS. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, marketing research, or social sciences.
