The primary purpose of this role is to perform pest management services for residential customers. You will identify and eliminate pests from residential properties by conducting inspections, determining the type of infestation, applying appropriate treatments (such as pesticides and traps), and providing preventative measures to prevent future infestations, while adhering to safety regulations and communicating with clients about pest control solutions. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment. Provide advice on how to reduce the risk of future infestations Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current customers, and expand our product to new customers Ensure pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols Drive and safely operate a company provided service vehicle (routine maintenance is provided) Essential Job Functions

Work in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways Work around animals, insects and termites Work around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical hazards, heights, scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals and follow training to handle these conditions safely Work inside and outside in varied weather with company-provided gear Move frequently: sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, ascending stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator What do you need?

Clean shaven face for safety reasons (rebreathers must seal to the face) High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Successfully meet pre-employment background check State valid driver's license and undergo motor vehicle driving record check (Company vehicle and gas card provided) Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (provided by us) Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed Willing to learn and become knowledgeable in all areas of pest control Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills Basic math skills to follow product label instructions for mixing Customer-facing experience preferred Pay Range Hourly: $16.50 - $22.00 Why Choose Us?
