Westchester, NY | Full-Time | $110,000 – $160,000 Design sustainable systems that will serve communities for decades—while growing your career along the way. At H2M architects + engineers, you’ll deliver transformative water and wastewater projects that improve public health, safeguard natural resources, and drive environmental innovation. Our engineers leverage Revit, BIM collaboration tools, and advanced hydraulic modeling to solve complex challenges and deliver resilient infrastructure. Lead projects that strengthen our team’s technical capabilities and overall delivery. Manage projects from planning through design and construction of water/wastewater distribution and conveyance systems: pipelines, pump stations, storage, and treatment facilities. Prepare and oversee construction documents, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules. Perform detailed engineering calculations and analyses, applying advanced design software to complex issues. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated, high-quality project delivery. Mentor and supervise junior engineers, designers, and technical staff. Build and maintain strong client relationships, including proposal development and project presentations. What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field). 10–15 years of experience in water/wastewater planning, design, and construction. Demonstrated success in process design, treatment plant upgrades, and pump station design. Experience preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Strong client-facing skills and a track record of proposal development. Excellent communication skills and commitment to mentoring future talent. Active involvement in professional associations such as AWWA, WEF, or ASCE preferred. Why You’ll Love Working Here
