$72.00/hr - $77.00/hr Overview

Join our client’s Infrastructure and Operations organization, where you’ll play a crucial role in implementing network security solutions and providing operational support for a range of cutting-edge technologies. As an integral part of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a leading subject matter expert and work on projects that drive innovation and progress. Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience Broad understanding of firewall technology in both on-premise and cloud environments Experience managing Cisco FTD and Palo Alto firewalls Knowledge of native firewalls in AWS and Azure Ability to work with developers on firewall rule creation and troubleshoot logs Familiarity with network security products like DDoS, proxy, VPN, and firewall orchestration Experience with Scripting (Python, PowerShell, JSON, YAML, etc.) Experience with Automation Tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) Understanding of Service Mesh Technology Strong troubleshooting skills to isolate root causes of incidents and issues Knowledge of network security best practices Familiarity with Linux, MS Windows, and VMWare environments Ability to work independently and proactively Agile/Scrum experience is a plus Nice To Have Skills
Working knowledge of security-related technologies in a regulated environment Preferred Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on network security Other Requirements
