We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee the development and supervision of individualized treatment plans, working closely with families and a team of ABA professionals in a supportive, team-focused environment. Conduct Assessments:
Evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans Develop Curriculum:
Design, update, and oversee behavior intervention plans Supervise and Train:
Provide guidance to behavior technicians and ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans Collaborate:
Work with families and professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies Monitor Progress:
Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve client outcomes Maintain Clinical Quality:
Review documentation to ensure high standards of care Qualifications
Education:
Master’s degree in ABA or related field Certification:
Current BCBA certification Licensure:
Must hold or be eligible for LBA licensure in Utah Experience:
Experience providing ABA therapy preferred; newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply Skills:
Strong interpersonal, clinical, and analytical skills Transportation:
Reliable transportation required (caseloads built with geographic convenience in mind) Job Title:
