About the Role
As an ACD of Content Design, you'll help lead the content strategy of an LLM-powered product for one of the world's biggest tech companies. You’ll work directly with experienced product managers, engineers, UX designers, UX researchers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is resourceful, managerial, curious, flexible, collaborative, can lead content verticals, asks the right questions, and delights in the fine details of their craft. Responsibilities
Create the content strategy for LLM-generated content and use that strategy to evaluate output quality. Work with engineers to build LLM prompts that leverage the defined content strategy. Create high-quality training data used for LLM fine-tuning. Establish and articulate AI content design best practices to stakeholders. Manage, plan, and write content for both AI interactions and product microcopy. Manage junior content designers and provide oversight on content quality. About You
The essentials:
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a UX Writer with some experience in AI content design. Experience managing junior content designers and/or technical writers. A bachelor's degree in a writing-centric field such as English, communications, or journalism. A stellar portfolio that shows creative range and experience with tech clients. The ability to own and manage projects from concept through execution. Confidence in setting content direction and defining scope.
