The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. The Service Leader maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment and supports the crew across tasks as needed. What You’ll Do
In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served Help to resolve food quality issues Support food safety, including: hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and ensuring the Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies and procedures are followed Help resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules Develop and cross-train front of house Crew Assist with Crew performance reviews Develop future Service Leaders Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, office paperwork, and ensuring office equipment remains in working order Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed What You’ll Bring To The Table
Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters Familiarity with office paperwork Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location High school diploma Restaurant experience What’s In It For You

Below is the base pay range for this position, which is also eligible for digital tips. Actual base pay may vary depending on skill level, experience and/or education.
