RPA Developer role at TEKsystems in San Diego, onsite five days a week. Responsibilities
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities Design and develop scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical workflows Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of bots in production environments Monitor and maintain existing bots, ensuring optimal performance and quick resolution of issues Create and maintain documentation for developed automations, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation design Provide support and training to end-users and junior developers as needed Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA tools (Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, etc.) Strong understanding of workflow design, exception handling, and data manipulation in UiPath Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or other programming languages used in UiPath development Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Developer Advanced) are highly desirable Skills

Expert Level Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
