Performance testing, analysis (client-side and server-side), and reporting skills At least

3 years

of experience in non-functional requirements with various stakeholders At least

4 years

of experience in test strategy and test design, with solid experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts At least

4 years

of experience with tools like HP Load Runner, HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace, or CA Introscope, along with Open Source and Native Performance tools for Web/App and DB layers At least

3 years

of working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools, and interaction with various stakeholders for performance issue resolution At least

3 years

of experience with PT phases and pre-requisites for data setup Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment Ability to lead/handle a team of up to 10 core engineers from local or remote places Experience in the

Financial domain is preferred Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment Analytical skills Experience and desire to work in a

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least
