Own and adapt the life insurance policy administration mainframe-based application architecture Provide technical oversight and leadership to a team of 15-20 software engineers Execute a roadmap for modernizing mainframe-based life insurance policy administration software Collaborate with teams to evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance capabilities Guide teams in data modeling and development to deliver value through data engineering What is Required (Qualifications)
M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience and technical training At least 15 years of experience in agile software engineering change management Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role with executive-level reporting experience 7 years managing a team of COBOL policy administration software engineers Proficiency in legacy and modern technologies including COBOL, DB2, and mainframe systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
