Apply advanced analytics and AI/ML methodologies to solve business problems, working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex analytics initiatives. Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, LLM prompt engineering, and LLM-based solution architecture (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents). Develop processes to monitor model performance and data accuracy; lead the advanced analytics framework through AI/ML initiatives. Work with unstructured and structured data to derive insights, establish measurement frameworks, and deliver business value to senior leaders. Discover trends and patterns, applying data science to inform decisions; design and develop data visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Establish and follow data science best practices (peer/code review, documentation, standards, data quality, reproducibility, and compliance). Act as internal Data Science SME and drive self-service analytics via platforms like Dataiku; contribute to data governance around curated datasets and metrics. Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to initiate and drive projects with minimal oversight. Tools and Skills

Bachelor's Degree with 7 years experience; Master's with 6 years; PhD with 2 years 5+ years in data science with extensive statistical/ML knowledge and business use-case experience 3+ years with Dataiku and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/ThoughtSpot) 3+ years with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses (e.g., Redshift) 3+ years in GenAI, LLM prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents using unstructured/structured data 3+ years deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with large datasets and streaming data Preferred
Experience with Pharma data, including commercial sales and field operations Consulting experience in Data Science and Advanced Analytics Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $106,500 - $202,500. Comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k). Eligible for short- and long-term incentive programs. Details may vary by location and require in‑discretion based on company policies. Additional Information
