Senior Project Architect
with
15–30 years of architectural experience
to lead the technical execution and documentation of major architectural projects. This role requires deep expertise in construction documentation, consultant coordination, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technical excellence, mentorship, and driving projects from design through construction. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of high-quality construction documents. Perform rigorous quality control (QC) of all architectural drawings and technical documentation. Coordinate proactively with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants. Oversee technical aspects of design development and construction administration. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards. Mentor and guide junior staff on technical processes, detailing, and documentation standards. Provide technical expertise in project planning, scheduling, and deliverables. Qualifications 15–30 years of professional experience in architecture with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proven track record of
technical leadership
on complex, large-scale projects. Deep understanding of
construction document standards and detailing practices . Strong coordination skills with consultants and internal teams. Familiarity with
QA/QC protocols
and commitment to technical accuracy. Licenses and Certifications Licensed Architect (state licensure in good standing). NCARB certification preferred , but not required. Software Skills Familiarity with
CAD/BIM tools
(AutoCAD, Revit) beneficial for reviewing and coordinating technical documents. Ideal Candidate Traits Passionate about the
technical craft
of architecture. Detail-oriented
and meticulous in documentation and design standards. Strong leadership with the ability to navigate projects from design through construction. Collaborative and committed to
