Job Description
Our Inventory Specialist and Receiving Clerk plays two critical department roles. They prepare for, receive, and process deliveries. This includes regularly delivering packages within the plant and offices. They are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory. They pull and stage parts for Work Orders. They work with the Purchasing and Shipping departments to return unnecessary items. They perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, clean, personable, and able to excel independently or with supervision in a fast-paced environment. They are able to give and receive constructive feedback. Knowledge or ability to learn standard parts is critical. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities Communication liaison between the Purchasing team and Maintenance managment. Maintains accurate inventory through completion of daily transactions and regular cycle counts. Process daily shipping/receiving, and delivery transactions and documentation. Inventory analysis: resolve variances and perform root cause analysis on recurring issues. Recommend and implement process improvements. What's In It for You?

Desired Qualifications
3+ years of experience in warehousing. Excellent communication and written skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Prior ERP and CMMS experience. Forklift Certification High School Diploma (GED) Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift as much as 50 pounds as needed. Must be a US Citizen or have permanent resident status. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
