SFDC Developer - Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud New York, NY Contract Role Onsite from Day 1 Required Skill
6–8 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Platform (Force.com) development 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Component Development, and API integration Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, Apex Classes, Triggers, VisualForce pages, and SOQL Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schema Skilled in data manipulation and experienced with Apex Data Loader Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to understand needs and deliver functional solutions Apply platform best practices to build scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions Distinguish when to use declarative tools (“clicks not code”) versus programmatic development Ensure code quality through unit testing and timely delivery Follow Salesforce deployment best practices, including use of Change Sets and SalesforceDX Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies; identify opportunities for adoption Scope technical aspects of projects, estimate effort, and architect solutions independently Proactively identify and resolve system issues and bugs Demonstrate strong work ethic and disciplined time management Communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats with stakeholders at all levels Work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams Show initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Hold Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer certifications (Platform Developer preferred) Experience with technologies that integrate with Salesforce, including JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs Familiarity with web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, JDBC, and MySQL (preferred but not required) Experience working with in-house Engineering and Product teams Proven track record implementing third-party tool integrations into Salesforce Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
